Coronavirus Update from Joyce and Don

In our furnished short term rentals, our staff has increased our efforts to disinfect and sanitize high-touch surfaces such as door knobs, light switches, and remote controls. Our staff will be vigilant to keep themselves safe as well as our guests. We encourage individuals who are sick to stay home. We believe that our homes will be safer than a large hotel, but there are no guarantees. We have relaxed our cancellation policies if you become ill and need to stay home. Any changes will be made public on our website and Facebook.com/dunnriteproperties.

Bring your group or family to a fully furnished house instead of hotel rooms!  Houses sleep 4, 6, or 8 and the Ranch Bunkhouse sleeps 22!  Make yourself at home at our house where you can cook for yourselves, relax on the patio, or even swim in the subdivision community pool.  Houses are dog friendly, and you can even bring your horse to the Ranch!

We have five properties for you to chose from depending on your group.  Family and friends enjoy getting together in our homes to celebrate holidays, family reunions, weddings, etc.  Sometimes, our fully furnished short term rentals are used for folks moving to the area, who are looking for their new home, or business men and women who are in the Treasure Valley for a short time.
