Our Mission
When we travel with VRBO, we have certain expectations for the houses we stay in. We have tried to make sure that our homes meet those expectations by providing everything you need except your personal items in your suitcase and your groceries.
Our Story
We started using vacation rentals when we lived in Texas. We travelled home to Idaho to visit family and enjoyed having a home to use for the holidays. As a rental property owner, we found that we enjoy hosting short term renters instead of long term rentals. We have a large out of state extended family and we enjoy hosting them in our properties. We hope that others will enjoy them too.
Our Bunkhouse was inspired by our daughter, who has Down syndrome. She has always enjoyed family gatherings and groups of friends coming over for meals and karaoke. It is always open to our visiting friends and family, including our short term rentals.

Donald Dunn
Founder & CEO
Don started in construction in 1979 under Preston Construction in California. In 1985, he formed his own company, Dunn Rite Construction building custom homes. He moved to Idaho in 2013 where he met Joyce and Rebecca. They started Dunn Rite Properties to manage their short term rentals together. Don is in charge of all remodels, new construction and maintenance. He designed and built Dunn Rite Horse Ranch for his family to enjoy.
Joyce Dunn
Vice President
Joyce is a long time resident of Idaho with Texas roots. Joyce is the paper pusher of the business when she is not out riding horses at their ranch. In 2018, she published a book! Out of the Birdcage: Memoir of an Adoptee is available on Amazon!
