Long Term Boarding Rates: PASTURE:  $175.00/ mo per horse  Pasture has auto waterers.  Hay will be given morning and night in the pasture.  Use of facilities (arena, round pen, and trail course) included. Liability Forms are required for all users.

OVERNIGHT OWNER ACCOMMODATIONS

When the Bunkhouse is not full, we rent out the bunk house beds to individuals traveling with their horses.  It's a large bunkhouse that sleeps 22, but if you need a bed and a shower, we will try to accommodate you.

The charge $125.00 per 2 guests, $30.00 for each additional guest    You may be sharing the kitchen, living area and bathrooms with other guests, but you will have your own private bunk room and bathroom.

SHORT TERM BOARDING

Stalls are 30 x 30 and 30 x 20 covered, but not enclosed.  1 Horse 1 stall $20/ day, 2nd horse same stall $15/day, 3rd horse same stall $15/day. Short term boarding in outside stall and use of the facility.

1 Horse 1 stall $120 / week, 2nd horse, same stall $75/week, 3rd horse, same stall $75/week. Short term boarding in outside stall includes auto waterer, and twice a day feeding.  OWNER is responsible for stall cleaning at least twice a week.  OWNER can use the arena, round pen and trail course.

1 Horse 1 stall $250. / month.  Short term boarding in outside stall includes auto waterer, and twice a day feeding.  OWNER is responsible for stall cleaning at least twice a week.  OWNER can use the arena, round pen and trail course.

Hay is available for $12.00 per bale depending on our supply.

Does not include special feeding, doctoring, worming, exercise/turn out or other services.

No extra services available.  Please schedule your own Farrier, Vet, Groomers, and Trainers.

Vacancy is not guaranteed.   Ranch Rules and Information Booking is not confirmed until Reservation Request (below) is received and payment is made.

Refund policy: 100% refund 7 days or more from booking date and 50% refund 3 days from booking date. No refund less than 2 days from booking. Please fill out the form below.  When we receive your inquiry, we will send you an email confirming your reservation with a payment link.  Thank you!

  • Price: $15.00 Quantity:
    Up to 3 Horses allowed in one stall. Price per day. Stalls are 30 x 30 and 30 x 20 covered, but not enclosed.
    Private bunk room and bathroom. In the Bunkhouse, there are two bunk rooms with private baths that sleep up to 10 people each. You may be sharing the main area (kitchen, living room, and patio) with other guests.
  • Price: $30.00 Quantity:
    Add'l Person in your bunk room / bathroom up to 6 extra people.
  • Price: $20.00 Quantity:
    If you bring a dog, we have dog guidelines for you to follow. We have a $50 fee for dogs.

  • Weekly Boarding

    More than a week, less than a month. Over two weeks, we switch to monthly boarding.

  • Short Term Monthly Boarding

    Maximum stay in stalls is 2 months. Maximum 2 horses in a 30 x 20 stall.
  • Price: $300.00 Quantity:
    One horse in one 20 x 20 stall for a month. Stalls are 30 x 30 and 30 x 20 covered, but not enclosed.
  • Price: $150.00 Quantity:
    2nd horse in same 30 x 20 stall for a month.
  • Please let us know if you are bringing a mare or a gelding. Sorry, we do not allow Stallions on the property.
    Horses need to be current on all vaccinations (West Nile, Eastern and Western 3 sleeping sickness, tetanus, Rhino and Flu). Coggins required for out of state travel. Worming needs to be current.
  • Does your horse have any problem behaviors we need to know about? Such as biting, kicking, bullying, or any reason he/she can not be around another horse?

  • Trailers over 38 feet must be pre-approved, and will require some backing up.
